Purchase orders: We accept purchase orders from established U.S. bookstores with a history of prompt payment. Orders from foreign bookstores will normally require prepayment.
Contact: We accept purchase orders via e-mail only: sales@sundogpublishing.com. Telephone voicemails may be left for general messages and inquiries but should not be used for placing orders.
Special notes for foreign booksellers: Import duties and similar fees imposed by the receiving country’s Customs Office are the responsibility of the recipient. We can neither predict nor control such costs. We cannot issue credits or refunds for shipments that are abandoned in Customs due to non-payment of duties or similar problems beyond our control.
We recognize that prevailing textbook prices in some foreign countries are considerably lower than in the U.S. If you are a bookseller or distributor in such a country and are interested in placing an order for 10 copies or more, please contact us about discounted wholesale prices appropriate for your market.
Shipping: Domestic shipping is by USPS Media Mail except by prior arrangement, in which case special handling charges may apply. We cannot ship via FedEx; also, we cannot use UPS Collect.
Returns: Most titles shipped to retail bookstore are returnable within six months of invoice date provided that they are received in like-new, resaleable condition. Please do not return books that have visible scuffs, tears, creases, or other marks. Please also pack returns to avoid damage during shipping. Be advised that we charge a 10% restocking fee.
Please email a return authorization request for every return to sales@sundogpublishing.com. We will reply with the shipping address for returns, which is not the same as the order address.
