This one requires no explanation! Note, however, that shipping books from the U.S. to overseas addresses can sometimes cost more than the price of the book itself.

For US customers, a downloadable PDF.
This version has live links for all cross-references within the book, allowing for easy navigation within your PDF viewing app. It is watermarked both visibly and invisibly with customer information, and we kindly ask that you refrain from sharing your licensed copy.

For customers worldwide, a Google Play version.
This version must be accessed and viewed through Google Play, though it is possible to download a copy to your device for offline viewing. Unfortunately, Google Play does not support live links, unlike our PDF edition (see above).
